INTRO
Olive Cake recycles solid waste from the olive press process - the waste will be recycled and converted into a clean source of thermal energy (in bakeries and roasters) and electrical energy in Gaza through an automatic locally manufactured olive dried press (with a capacity of 10 tons) that produces wood briquettes from consequent residues. This solution provides more than 10 job opportunities for young people, in addition to making use of the resulting ash in making sewage holes that resist calcifications, and isolate sound and heat.
